Having trouble finding Bayer complete?

Anyone else having a problem finding Bayer complete?
Home Depot by me put it on Clearance and now I cannot find it. Anyone seen it lately?

There's a thread on r2r about this topic as well. I think they said it's seasonal fluctuations. I can find them in my local big box stores

I was under the impression that the box stores pulled it because it contains neonicotinids (toxic to bees). I do have read up a bit, but I'm planning on contacting my local farm Co-Op to check availability.
