One word of advice. Keep a good supply of Beer, Milk, Bread and Eggs on hand. If they predict snow anytime in the next month, you wont be able to find any on the store shelves. I think they must all stay home and get drunk while eating French Toast when it snows around here. :shout:

Also watch out when it snows, everyone here freaks out and no one drives so the roads all ice up (i'm not sure if you get snow as far south as you are). But welcome to the ARC!
We try to keep the north bound lanes salted in case our dreams come true!:lol2:

Edit: Oh, and by the way, us Montanans had nothing to do with that little bonfire. We were too busy getting ready to evict Sitting Bull up to Canada where he blonged. :-)

Serious snow down here is a dusting.... or jokes about Sherman's match book, they stopped giving them out at hotels here after that little stunt =-D

I don't give a rat's behind where you are from no one can drive on sheets of ice. I always enjoy getting out after one of those "dustings" with my truck and make some corn bread money pulling all the cars out of the ditches. The majority of them are from Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania , Not many from NY. strangely enough. They all say the same thing. Geez you guys have a lot of ice down here. I just tell them it is for the SWEET tea collect my $100 and go on to the next one.

100% correct! I feel up north more people go out driving when there is snow and the increased traffic keeps the roads warm. When everyone is cautious the roads stay cold and hence freeze up. We northerners are just used to the roads staying wet after a snow rather than freezing over.
