Hey everyone Phil here nice to meet ya! Had a tank years ago but took a 30 year break and decided to start another tank when my wife found one someone was throwing away.had a rough start and just grabbed stuff I did way back when started with a HOB filter and an air stone and have since upgraded to canister style, ditched the air stone and added a gyre style wave maker. Added some fish, some clean up crew, a ton of rock and now have my first corals. Thank you for allowing me to join the club. Can't wait to attend some events and learn as much as everyone has to offer here are some pics of the build so far.
First pic is how we started.
Second pic is after the rock upgrade.
Third is our first corals, they are some Pink Diamond Zoa's in the bottom right

Tank Update !! New lights make a heck of a difference. Lost the crappy hood and canopy light went with a glass top only for the fact there is a window unit that blows in its direction and with no top it gets a little dust in it but the glass top looks good for now. Threw on a couple Pop Bloom RL60 and wow what a difference in lighting and aesthetics.
