Hello from Middle Ga!

Hello everyone, I have been a non paying member on here for awhile now but finally decided to take the plunge! First I would like to thank MrFlameangel and everyone else from ARC that has helped me so far. I am a gymnastic coach and I go to school at Macon State. I am married and have a one year old mutt named Charley. I enjoy cars, hunting, guns, grilling and other outside type work.

On to the tank! I have to say this is my first attempt at a reef tank and it is all I can think about. I started researching, buying, and building about a year ago. I have a 120 gallon long tank that I drilled myself and the dimensions are 60"x18"x26". I have a DIY steel stand and a DIY 55 gallon sump. It is lit by three of the 120W LEDs. It has been up and running since the middle of December.

I am at work and cannot post pics but I will tonight when I get off! :shades:

Hey bro I just want you to know I have not forgot those other zoas. I am in the GTOA Conference (SWAT). As soon as things get back to normal I will get some more cut.

Welcome to ARC! A wealth of knowledge can be found as you surf the ARC website. You will find that the nearby neighborhood in middle Georgia has nothing impressive to offer when it comes to lfs [local fish stores]. You have to travel a great distance for a reef fish store.

If you're ever in the Jacksonville, FL; you must check out BioReef. Make sure that it's on your way back home, because you will not want to leave unless you bring something back. Use your GPS to find BioReef. It's not in an area easily found because it's out of sight of the busy business section of town. You will not be disappointed.
