Help fish room running 2 lg reef tanks

Oh one more thing, if you do it in the ground/floor like that, insulate the pipes!

You would be amazed just how much heat you can loose to the ground!

I was hoping you would chime in on this. I actually almost linked your build thread with my original response remembering these exact pictures.
 
Ok, so I have two drain pipes in each drilled tank. I would drop all 4 - 1" pipes straight down under the house where it would tie into a solid 4" trunk line that would run to the fish room? Would I tee the 4" down at the sump or just drop the 4" pipe down into the sump. What size return water line to the tanks would I use? Would I use the same layout - 1 trunk line and split into four under the tanks or run 2 or 4 return water trunk lines?
