HELP!!! I got holes in my Leather Toadstool

Can anyone tell me where they think these holes in my Leather Toadstool are coming from? I 1 pic when it was healthy and 1 pic with the holes.

Not necessarily flatworms, but there are nudibranchs that will eat holes in leathers - and they blend right in with the coral so they're hard to see.

I'd remove the specimen and give it a dip in either TLF Revive or Seachem Reef Dip, and give it a close visual inspection to see if you can see any of the varmints.

I found my peppermint shrimps digging a hole in one of my leathers. Keep a flashlight by the tank and check it after the lights go out, that is how I found what was happened with my leather.:)
 
Lol, I am glad you posted this... I just noticed a hole in the base of one of my leathers. The lights are off right now, but i will take a pic and post it tomorrow.

Ok, Thanks...I've been worried about my toadstool
