help identifying fish

can anyone watch the first minute of this youtube video and tell me what type of fish these are its the blue one with a black and white tail looks like theres 2 of them swimming together thanks in advance

That's a barred flagtail. They are very active swimmers... and I've only seen them in bigger tanks as they do get up to 15 inches or so.
