Help me ID this calcium reactor!

Got this from a buddy in Augusta, he says he's pretty sure it was from some custom acrylic place in a town that starts with "L" in Georgia. Really the best I have to go on other than this picture.

Could really use a manual or help.

He said it was a "knock off" of another really high end brand. So maybe it was a knock off of that brand?
