What is this thing.. I just started noticing them today, but they are everywhere in my sump, they are kinda oblong like a football in shape but have sort of a stack of thin hair looking things coming out on one end the other end is attached to glass/plexiglass.. This picture I have is a little blury, my camera is not so good.. They are everywhere in my sump and I just noticed them today for the first time..
