Help on wiring an ARO ballast

Anybody that has wired these.....I'm confused by their wiring diagram. The wire that has me confused is the Green/yellow wire. It's with the white and black so I presumed this was to ground but the wiring diagram on the ballast doesn't show it going to ground. Since I don't want to blow up a new ballast.......can anybody confirm this?

Well my 2nd one came today, pre-wired and the green/yellow was wired to ground.

Doc...LMK what you find out. That'll be a big help. I've been without MHs for 3 weeks now and stuff is beginning to suffer.

Wasn't that at all.....I think I didn't understand what you meant by "it's grounded". But now that I've read it again....I think I got it.

Ohhh.. Mines a VHO ballast.. Call the guys at Hellolights.. They are amazing at CS!!
