So I’m getting back into saltwater after about a 4 year hiatus. I live in Bremen, Ga where it’s predominantly rural country area. The closest saltwater fish store to me is about an hour 15 away. Is there anyone near west Georgia that I may be able to purchase some dry or live rock to start my nano tank off with?

You can't bump more than once a week!

Just kidding, I know there are a few folks out in the Douglasville/Dallas area and hopefully they'll see this thread. I would be wiling to work something out where I meet you halfway or something like that if needed. What are you planning on setting up and how much rock would you need? Glad you're getting back in and let us know what you're looking for and maybe someone a little closer than Stone Mountain will chime in.

Sorry about the bump lol:/ Douglasville/Dallas would be great! I am setting up a 10 gallon nano tank. I’m essentially copying a build from YouTube from inappropriatereefer.

Would 10 or 15 pounds of rock be substantial? Looking for to put mostly easier corals in there some sexy shrimp and a clown.

I'm in Temple but i don't have any spare rock. I just set up a 120. I work in downtown Atlants though so if you find someone selling some around midtown, I'd be happy to pick it up for you.

Search for coral or reef rock on Amazon.
I got 50 lb. for just over $2 per pond delivered! (it is Marco Rocks)
Also, around 1 lb per gallon is a good rule of thumb. Order extra if in doubt.

Billysreefconnection.com is who I ordered a LOT from for VERY cheap. Around 2.50/lb and it's great quality, large rock, packed and shipped very well.

Someone in Kennesaw just posted a 5 gal bucket of live rock for free. Jump on it
