Help please

stray voltage from a malfunctioning pump? any lysol spray going on around the tank that could be getting in it, or strong antibacterial soap being used before sticking your hands in? just throwing stuff out there..hope all goes well
 
change your carbon again if it's been more than 24 hours, just in case........

Sure they are. As long as the carcasses aren't rotting in the tank it's quite possible that she won't see a spike at all.

I Reef master test kits got them new Saturday I'll re test now.

We couldn't reach 2 of the dead fish and two fish's bodies wern't found.

No none of that is possible. Chris from fish scales checked for stray voltage. Only thing I had on when I dove in was deoderant.
 
All params are the same and when I pointed the powerhead at the top the water was not agitated. There is no film at the top of the water.
 
Look closely at the fish, do they look like they have a film on them? What about eyes? Anything unusual about there scales? Behavior?
 
How big of a tank? It's huge right? Might be why no nitrates showing....

The female b&w clown has film over her eyes. They are all breathing fast. Now that I look really closly there are a few big white spots on the male b&w clown's abdomanal area. They are all breathing hard.
