skimmer is getting out the normal amount of skimmate. I'll adjust it.

Diane, I am really sorry that this is happening. I do want to say that I think it is admirable that you "dove" into your reef tank.....

Ralph will get your tank straight, you might lose the clowns but at least you have the other quarantine ones..medicate and feed.

I didn't really dive. Only half of me was in the tank at a time, thanks, I'm just trying to stay optomistic.

what could be wrong with the sand?

stirring up sand can cause Hydrogen Sulfide gas to be released causing a crash such as yours. I can't rule it out as it happened right before you dove in.

But woudn't that effect the corals? All the corals are acting fine.

No no inverts have died. Shrimp are fine aswell as crabs, snails, and the two btas

I'm dosing stability the only thing that matches completly is Brooklynellosis. Does it only affect clownfish though?
