It wont hurt the zoas if I do that? They are attached to the zoas mat. I saw there you can also try to use tweezers to pick them off but you have to be careful to get the root system too.. I may try that and hope they dont come back!
They more than likely will come back that's why I say take a syringe to it. Frag off the zoas around it if you want to save them although I would think they would be fine
