Help with avatar and editing a post

Hi, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Looking for instruction on setting up an avatar and how to edit a post? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

I believe that custom avatars are a member perk. And as for editing posts, there is a time limit (15 minutes I believe), and after that window, you can no longer edit a post.

Not positive, but I believe you have to be a paid member to have an avatar. Regarding editing your posts, you have a short period (??) after posting that you can go back and edit your post...after that, no such luck.

Correct. Avatars are for members only. You cannot edit old posts.

Well thanks for the quick responses! Just moved from the Chicago area a few months ago and will become a member ,was just waiting to get my tanks ready to set up...should be in the next 4 weeks...cant wait.

Welcome dball711! One word of advice, if you are planning on becoming a member anyway, do it before you start buy goods. Our sponsors give paid club members a 10% discount on all but a few excluded items. While that is not the reason I choose to be a member it is a good start.
