Help with coral placement and ID?

Hi all,

So went over to Rit's yesterday, and Rit gave me a few frags for my tank. That being said, I forgot to ask about the correct placement in the tank. I have a 125 Gallon, with a 6' 3 x 250 Watt MH/T5 actinic fixture, and was hoping you guys would be able to help me ID and place these in the tank (depth/shade/full light/etc.)

Super glue it back. Gel works best.

1. Montipora... will be fine at medium depth. Mine are growing well in full light.
3 & 5. Zoanthids, will be happy near the bottom in partial light. Should do fine in full light as well.

I got no idea what 2 & 4 are.

Is it possible that #3 is a button polyp? it looks much larger than the Zoa in the other picture...

Probably a palythoa, but same sort of care as zoas.
