help with creature/worm ID...

I have some kind of worms that only come out at night. Not fire worms or anything , they are more like some kind of tube worm. They stretch way out of holes by about 2" and start feeling around like an arm reaching in a rabbit hole feeling for rabbits. when the light hits them they retract quickly but definatly not fast. Ive noticed ALOT of them lately. ....What the heck could it be?:confused2: pics are all but impossible.

Nah, she just lurks around waiting for people to ask that. She has answered it like 3 times in a month. THat is her weird night hobby.
