Any idea of what I can feed anemone ?

They don't need as much food as some people think they do. I have 5 currently and have not fed them directly in years. Just feed the tank and they will catch some food.
Hakari is the brand I use
And should I feed it in a syringe or just around them ?
And how often ?

I wouldn't feed it directly.Feed your fish and it will be fine. Good water quality and light are more important

That is what we are here for. I learn so much from this club. Young, old, new to the hobby and old timers.
Tbh I feel like I’m the youngest in the group and I really appreciate that no one is mean to me because when I first got into it an old head basically went off on me and said he can’t fit all of his knowledge in a couple text I completely get it but that’s not gonna help me progress I didn’t mean to offend him just wanted help so just knowing everyone here is so sweet helps me to not give up after an error like when my tank bursted I was almost gonna give up but everyone on the forum gave me the strength to not give up and I’m genuinely happy I didn’t because I really do love this hobby I might not have a lot of money like most but I’m really trying and I appreciate everyone being patient

When I got my first RBTA, I fed it a krill every few days. It split every 4 months like clockwork for the first couple years.
Then I stopped feeding entirely. It still splits every 4 months for a while, and did 5 and 6 months a couple times.
In summary, feeding may promote some growth, but altogether the results didn't seem significant.

That’s amazing to know well if it splits again let me know I love he colors on those I wouldn’t mind buying it off you
Haha, will do, but don’t wait on me. There’s always someone on here with 1 or 2 available. Usually for $40-50, plus or minus.
I’ll also add that I’ve had a couple occurrences over the years where it would split twice in quick succession. And once recently, when it split into three in a single event. But generally, I expect the 4 month mark to provide me splits.
Well I’ll keep my eye open but if it happens to you first just lmk I don’t have the best luck with finding anything whenever I find something it’s usually have already been sold
