Help???!!!!!

I changed my filter sock and now my new skimmer is not filling it chamber all the way and spitting micro bubbles out of the water return

It's cool, it will stop after a few mins. Happens any time you put a brand new sock in

Yep. It happens to me every time I put a brand new sock in.

Nah, Man. Have a beer. It happens. You'll find that skimmers are sensitive. Sometimes addititives will do the same. Eventually, it will even out. Don't go adjusting it, or anything yet...

Mine sometimes produces low bubbles for a day or so, then is right back to where I want it without me tampering with it...

BTW Did you install a new filter sock on your sock holder or just a washed one? how far is the sock ring from the water level?

Crap well I already did the tampering part but I put it back the way it was so will hope for the best

LOL. Just give it time to settle before constantly readjusting it...

Also: How do you wash your filter socks? Just use plain bleach (not clorox or anything with scent), and double rinse. After a thorough air dry, you are good to go...

If ther are soaps left in your filter sock, it can affect your skimmer, and possibly your livestock...
