Yesterday came home from work to my hermit crab shed his first molt in my tank. I thought he died. Just his red self layon on the bottom. I picked up his shell and didn't see anything thought it was a goner. Tossed his shell back in the tank as it was pretty cool looking. Threw away what I thought was my crab out of his shell and dead. Well I woke up this morning and the shell was up on the rocks as I was like wait how the heck is that so I looked close and BAM! Little red legs sticking out ! I may need to get him some more shells just in case it's time for a new one !!!
