I'm wondering if I need to worry about high KH levels. Here are my parameters
Mg 1380 Ca 460 KH 16.7 Ak 6.4 NO3 2.5

Do I need to bring that KH down and if so how?
Thanks!

If your dosing right now, STOP!! WC will help but not by much, the best thing you can do now is just not dose. Your mag and cal are looking good so if your dosing regularly to keep those parameters in check then continue to do so but leave out the alk. dosing. It will slowly go down. I think I messed up once when I mixed up my tubing on my doser and was dosing alk. instead so it shot my alk up really high. 17 DKH. Just stop dosing alk. and it should go down on its down within a week or so.

I've been trying to get my Calcium Reactor dialed in. I dosed Tech M Mg and Ca to get the levels to where I wanted them. No Ak though. Looks like I've got the reactor maintaing the Mg and Ca levels but the Ak is creeping up.

Was your reactor running with co2 on while you where dosing everything else as well? Are all other parameters increasing along with the alk too? I think you may be putting too much co2 in the system. How many bubbles per minute are you running the co2 and how many ml of effluent is coming out? Also what's the make and modle of your calcium reactor and size of your tank?

This article has always been my go to source when it comes to Ca and Kh

2640mg per hour of effluent is flowing from the reactor. GEO 618. Total water volume is about 200g. Yes, I kept the CO2 going while I dosed. Using an Aquarium Plants.com bubble counter. Have it set to one bubble per second. Started it out at 7 bubble per second but the PH in the reactor wouldn't drop into the range I wanted until I got it down to about 2 per second. I did that over about a two week period. APEX is monitoring the PH and shutting down the CO2 when it drops to 6.25 in the reactor and turns on at 6.35.
I increased both the effluent and bubble rate mainly because I wasn't able to maintain my Mg or Ca. They would steadily drop off after dosing.
I backed down the bubble rate today to 4 per second until I get this KH under control. Will cut the affluent a little too.
