Hippo tang fun problem

I've have a small hippo tang and she was doing great but in the past couple of days she's only using one of her fins to swim with. The other just stays in a upright position and looks a lil cloudy than the other. She's eating and seems happy. Worried about her fin. Any suggestions to what I can do? Anybody have an experience with this issue? Thanks.
