Hey Guys, I've started this 14g biocube about 2 months ago and I noticed these clear black banded worms coming out of the live rock. Any ideas of what this could be and is it going to harmful for my corals? Thanks for any help with this, pics are a little fuzzy but there's several in the pic...

Lok like mini brittle stars to me. Normally they don't come out of the rock all the way

Edit: Look

I'm not sure if they are brittle stars being spread out across the rock and theres like 15 arms/worms in the tank. I added more pics, what do you guys think?

If you look at the 1st pic top right corner you can see where there are two arms connected to the body 1000% brittle star. Good for your tank

+1 Brittle

Somewhat helpful site.

yeah i just noticed the same in some of my live rock yesterday. A couple arms came out and it grabbed on to my tiny puffers fin for a few seconds until he swam away. Clear with black bands.. exactly what i have in my rock.

It does make sense because I've seen them pick some of the mysis shrimp out of the water when I feed my clowns. Thanks for the help guys!
