Holy reappearing fish Batman

4 weeks ago, I had bought a couple of fish during one of the LiveAquaria group buys. A blue star leopard wrasse and a red mandarin. The mandarin went into my 95 gallon and after about week started coming out.

The wrasse though went into hiding about 45 seconds after I put him into my 65 gallon tank. And was not seen since...that is until yesterday morning before my lights came on. I came downstairs and there she is swimming around. :fish:

I've never seen a fish stay out of sight for such a long length of time before. Hopefully she'll come out more often now...

wow thats some hiding tricki lost a green chromis but it was only for 10 days lol

My Leopard went mia as soon as I put him in too. It wasn't for that long but it definitely had me worried for a minute.

Sally (fishwhisperer) got a purple firefish from me once, years ago, and it promptly disappeared after she put it in her tank. She never said anything to me (I'd have replaced it for her, had she mentioned it) - but 30 days later it reappeared! She'd pretty much forgotten about it and then one day, POOF! There it was!

I thought she was dead for sure. I was quite pleasantly surprised to see her swimming around.
