Horrible Day

I think you have a good civil case against the association. Especially if they told you it was going to only be a day and it took five. Emails, phone messages, etc would help your case.

All you have to show is that there is a 51% chance that the mechanical failure and their failure to have it repaired in a timely manner caused you a loss of $xxxx.
