How do I keep THIS from Happening (pics)

This is the top of my tank. Obviously from evaporation. Once I get my lights set up this is obviously going to effect the par.

Evap and splashing. Nothing that I know of to fix that. I have the same thing on my 140. But my lights blast past it. Whats the temp of your tank vs. the ambient temp of the room it's in?
 
The lights will heat the acrylic,a nd you wont see as much of this. But, you will ahve to keep it cleaned to a certain degree.
 
Cutting the top of the tank off will take care of that, although you might have bigger problems to worry about after that... :)

As others have said, it won't be as big of a deal with the lights on.
