call manufacturer, with model and ask, they will tell you,
some tanks just have tempered bottoms, some are all tempered, it depends, my 55 is all tempered, but its a top fin

I learned yesterday that if you drop the tank on the ground from a high elevation and it breaks. Wait to see if the glass pops like Rice Krispies. Thats what happened to a 45 tech stand of mine. :sad:
The aqueon tanks that are drilled on the bottom are drilled by the company before the bottom glass is tempered. The bottom is generally the only one tempered for extra strength.
