how do i resize pics?

this is the only forum i cant figure out how to post pics. please help. i drag and drop . but t doesnt work after i hit enter.

Open the picture in photoshop or microsoft picture manager. right click on pic and edit. You should se an option after you open edit menu. Dont know if thats the easiest but thats how I do it.

i am so glad you asked because i cant upload pictures either. says mine are too big

dont have those on mine. how small should i make them?
