How do you acclimate SPS?

Wanted to see what different methods people are using to acclimate SPS especially when you receive them in the mail?

Float to temp acclimate, then dip in tankwater with desinfectant, then directly into the tank.
No acclimation for water, that is unless I can measure a significant difference in salinity between water being shipped and water in my tank.
Then I add a stage of diluted or fortified tankwater to account for that...

This is what I have been doing. If you don't mind me asking what type of coral dip are you using?
 
I float, dip while dripping, float some more then into the tank she goes.
 
I have been using Seachem Reef Dip because that is what Creation Reef recommended, but might look into switching if everyone loves Coral rx that much.
