You can't post a video directly to the forum. You would have to upload it to another platform...IE YouTube, imagur, or something of the sort. Then you can add the link to your post.

Crap I don’t have any of those , anybody volunteer to let me text them the video and list it for me

If you go the YouTube route you can post straight from your phone.
