How do you remember the names of your corals?

My 90 is going to be a SPS tank. Last night I was laying down trying to fall asleep and got to thinking about this. I think I will be creating a word document with the name of the coral, scientific name and possibly attach a picture of the coral at time of purchase. Anybody have a better idea or an easier way to do this?

I can probably identify 4 of my SPS by sight alone, so in short, I don't remember their names! At one time I had a chart with what was where on my frag rack... then I dumped the rack by accident.

easy I give them names like Bob, Joe, Nancy, etc..........

I was wondering the same thing. I already can't remember some of the names I have in mine. It makes it easier to know what you have, if it's having problems you can look it up to see what it prefers.

You can post a pic of it and write down the name and save it on the computer.

I just remember them. I don't really have a problem and have alot of different kinds of corals.

I have a purple one with white flowers, a grren one thats hairy, a white one that looks bad and a blue one with green dots...

I dont get it...whats the big deal???
