I lost all but two of my fish from what I think was marine velvet. I have never had problems with fish I have bought before till now.
I have one blenny and one clown fish left. The clown was treated with copper two rounds. The Blenny was in my sump at the time everything got sick. He is still in there but showing no signs of being sick. How is marine velvet spread. I use filter socks. Which may not make any difference.
On another note: I did a fresh water dip on the last batch of fish I bought. That’s when the problems started.
