How to bring PH down...

is the effluent from the ca reactor running to a skimmer? if so then the ca reactor isnt gonna bring the ph down cause all the co2 will be removed by the skimmer and the remaining effluent should in theory bring the ph up a little

Check your alk I bet it's high.

First make sure your skimmer is not acting weird.

Second if you want to manually lower it you could add white vinegar. You need a weak acid to interact. I can't remember the correct dosage though.

Yes it can, it certainly can not bring it up. I read your post completely wrong. Still stand by that calcium reactor being is a bit big.
