T thanh386 Active Member Market Messages 1,388 Reaction score 0 Jan 24, 2009 #2 Did you wash the sand (assuming it was dry dead), if not teh filter will take some time to clear up teh dust. If you did, than maybe it'll settle over night depending on how fine it is. But changig teh water wont do much at this particular time.
