How to pick a chiller brand?

I am looking at UMI, Pacific Coast and so far my favorite Current Prime.

I see that the Prime Chiller uses half the power as the others? I am looking at the 1 HP chiller.

Anybody have some links to reviews on these chillers or any info?

Ask Sal, he's fixed them all. From my experience, smaller PCI chillers aren't reliable. Their large models have a good reputation. Prime is also good.

I have a pacific coast 1/10 hp on my 90g. It works great, does its job, and is somewhat quiet.

Check into the Tradewind chillers. I have heard nothing but good things about them.

I got the Current USA Prime Commercial 1HP unit
