I got worms!!!

Today I received a shipment from ERI and in it was three dispar anthias. One of them has what appears to be two pieces of thread hanging from its side. They are about an inch long and are originating from the same location on the body of the fish. I can't get a good pic yet as they are get acclimated to their new tank and are in hiding.

Is that reef safe? I am planning on having a reef tank.

Prazi pro is a dewormer. They claim that there are no known contradictions about using it in a reef tank, but it can kill ornamental worms as well.
