I purchused a RBTA a few days ago, and it decided to go behind and under neath my rock. I can not get to it to feed it, and its not looking very good. I also have a skin reaction every time I touch it. I was told that it would be ok, to just let it stay there and when it was ready to come out it would, and I wouldnt worry but it doesnt look well at all.

I was wondering if someone in the Douglasville Area would be so kind to come over and help me get it out from behind there.

If I dont have to move it, what would i need to do?

Any Advice would be greatly apperciated.

Thank you

Do you think the water flow would work? Would I need to put the powerhead somewhat close to it. It just scares me because I cant feed the nem, and I would hate for something to happen to it. The water conditions are perfectly fine, I have been checking them every other day to make sure they are alright just because of the nem. And Yes I drip acclimate everything I get to try to get them as used to the water as i possible can.

I think you'll be alright. I had a rbta in my 120 for 6 months without feeding it once and it was doing fine. I don't have I anymore since I broke down my 120

And your getting stung by the RBTA and that is normal. It is their defense against other fish trying to host or eat them.

The nem will be fine. I had Gbta's 'hide' for a couple of months before they decided to come out. And a Rock anemone that disappeared for over a year. When he decides to, he'll come out for light and food.

I agree, give it time. when I first got my gbt it crawled under a rock and stayed there for a week and a half. Then when it came out it landed about 6" from where I wanted it anyway.

Ok thank you all. I really apperciate all the advice and help. I will just give it some time, to see if it will come out on its own.
