All i want is a fish that swims around the tank that i dont have to look for to grab the attention so far :

1 orange firegoby spends all his time in a little cave he's made under a piece of live rock.

1 lawnmower blenny who spends his time at the back of tank behind the pieces of liverock.

1 keyhole Angelfish who has found a nice spot of pretty constant algae growth behind my biggest piece of live rock so stays behind that all day grazing.

so my only on view fish are two clownfish which at 1.5 in each dont grab much attention in a 4 foot tank.

look for some Cardinals (bangaii or pajama).. buy 3-5 of them and they will school out in the open areas of your tank..

also..

pick up a couple clowns (buy them as a pair).. they're always fun to watch and I've had two sets, neither were particularly scared off when people came up close to the tank.(oh, I see you have them already)..

also... pick up some firefish goby's.. they also school and they'll stay primarily out in the open..

all of the above listed fish are colorful/fun to watch..

what about a pacific blue tang?

My melanarus wrasse is always out too. I'm not a fan of my bangaii; if I could catch the little devil, I'd probably sell him.
