Ick infestation ... HELP

you can pick as much as you want..LOL, I'm learning and been picked on is the fast way to make you remember stuff ...
I'm so frustrated with the guy at the Aviarium, when I brought the fish home he change color and stay under the rocks on his side, after that call the guys over the aviarium and they said the fish was scared. and now my tank is a mess.

its ok man i was in your position not to long ago, you can beat the ich just follow what these guys are saying and learn from your mistakes i know they have helped me out plenty of times.

the hardest part for me was catching the fish....i had to take all my LR out of my tank almost 100 lbs. of rock. but once i caught him the treatment and recovery was a-lot easier than i expected
