Looks like anemonia majano to me. Pest. Kill it with fire.

yeah theres already 4 or 5 of them. what do i do to kill them?? i have aiptasia(sp?) too that i'm going to use joes juice for

Joe's will work just fine. Whenever I try to eradicate them from my tank I always miss one and before too long I have to do it again.

Can you manually remove them?

I've never tried but they are really tough. I ran out of Joe's Juice once and wasn't able to completely cover one and it grew back. There was nothing but a little nub left but in a week or so it looked like it had never been touched. Now I use kalkwasser and make sure they're good and covered so they can't come back.
