thats what im thinking...i wanted to make sure its not a species of "bad" bristle worm

The bad species is the kind that stings your hand. Looks like this one has some mean spines on him. I'd probably pull them with tweezers as I see them, but I don't mess with typical variety

yeah i pulled him out, first time Ive seen one like this with such huge spines...
