Hey guys, I am doing a 15 gallon column tank for sea horses... as well as this I am going to be doing a softies reef with it (zoas, shrooms, and leathers) I would like to do a couple of small fish in the tank as well... but wanted some opinions on what could go in there... What species of goby is small enough that he want outgrow the tank.... I will post pics of the tank this weekend but still waiting another week before I put the ponies in....

Blue stripe pipefish are really neat, and compatible with sea horses.

I also like neon gobies and green striped gobies. Both of those max at around 1.5"

No, just cool fish. :)

Looking for a sand cleaner? Maybe a pair of twin spot gobies? They stay small, but don't have the best survival rate in home aquariums... Of course neither do copperband butterflies and leopard wrasses, but many members keep those.

pair of helfrichi firefish. could do a yasha goby with a randali pistol shrimp. I think the randali's stay small but probobaly still some risk with a seahorse.

Here are some pics of the tank with the LED lighting and a few frags....

Looking good. I'm in the process of setting up a seahorse tank myself for the wife. Where do you plan to get your seahorses from if you haven't gotten them already?

Ah thanks. That's on my way home from work. I gotta stop by sometimes.
