Identify? Is it a pest?

Saw this little guy in the bag from a recently acquired frag. Wondering what this is and if it’s a pest. I follow proper procedures dipped all my new frags in Coral RX used a syringe to get in nooks and crannies and they are all in a small QT tank that I have setup before they enter my DT. Thanks!

Good to know I was wondering if he was a good guy and he was still alive so I kept him in a small container I’ll add him to qt with the frags and hopefully he hitch hikes into my tank. Thanks for the insight!

I really like them. It took me a while to get a good population going but now all of my systems have a good, healthy population.
