Please PM me. I am trying to get a Berghia Nudibranch colony going and need all the aptasia i can get.
If you lay a sheet of acrylic down on the bottom of your tank, you can scoop them out of the sand bed and place them on it and they
will stick. If on the glass you can scratch them off with a razor blade and catch them with a turkey baster. If they are on the rock work you have to quickly
snip the head with scissors and hope you get enough for it to stick and recover. Anyway, I am paying $1 a head. It does not sound like much but if
you have an infestation you probably have 50+ heads. When/If things work out and I can keep the colony going, I will bring you some Berghia on my next trip
down. I am 20 min into SC on I85. If I place an aptasia head on a petri dish and place it in my berghia tank it is swarmed and eaten in minutes. These guys
eat aptasia or die. Hence my need lol.
