I'm An Idiot.. Vortech Question...

OK so I opened my new Vortech and am attempting to "pull the rubber pin spacer from the motor housing" so that I can adjust it to the glass thickness. Well I pulled and pried and the end cap came off of the motor side but it is obviously not what I wanted to come off. Any tips on getting it off correctly? Should I pull it by the cord? Thanks in advance...

You hold the metal body and pull/pry forward on the rubber "wrapping" on the magnetic side of it

I may have to bring it to you. I did that and the end cap popped off so now I am looking at the back of the motor...

Duh Darren. Mystery solved. Thanks Robin. The MP10 does not use the spacer. The instructions that come are for both the 40 and the 10. I was reading the instructions for the 40. So I put a small amount of glue and put the end cap back on.
