Looks like they were taken under the special lighting that requires a filter on the camera to me. I forgot what they are called but thats what it looks like. I could be wrong though.

Possible just heavy blue (like stated before) with a camera with Vivid (or similar) setting turned up.. I snapped a few pics that glowed super intense..

I have one of the orange ones like that (although probably not in as good a shape). Those colors are def due to lighting. Look how dark purple the egg crate is along with the edges of the corals, which are normally the color of say.... a sand dollar in the ocean.
