Anyone know where I can find white vinyl liner to line the inside of my stand either locally or on the net?

Word of caution. anything that is not removable can actually be detrimental in preserving your stand should water get between that protector and the wood. If moisture does pemeate or find it's way there and cannot escape the problem is made worse. What kind of finish was used on the inside of the stand?

I used shower liner. You can buy it @ Home Depot or Lowe's by the foot.

I have heard of people using cans of that liquid rubber dip for tool handles and rolling it iside the stand like a truck bed liner. Supposedly it makes a great seal.

Appreciate the hence of caution. I plan to lightly staple it (above floor grade of course). Plus the back of my stand is completely open which will help dissipate any humidity from building up.

I would go this route if I thought there wasn't ever going to be a chance that I'd need to move it.

Wonder if they've got it in white...

The paint isn't my concern (at the moment lol). The very bottom of the stand, they used a 1/4" flimsy piece of wood (this is because I have to remove it in-order for me to break the stand down) and I don't feel as tho a solid seal... I hope I explained a little better.
