iPhone aquarium app

Can anyone recommend a good iPhone app for logging aquarium stats? It looks like there have been several over the years but most of them seem to have been removed from the app store. I'm looking for a simple app that will let me keep a log of my tank's various levels and compare them over time.

aquaPlanner is what I use. It allows me to set reminders, record water tests, and list equipment and inhabitants, and make notes on my system.

I use aquaplanner too. Just keep forgetting to enter my test results into the app.
