Is AGA or marineland 2.5 tempered.

I have an idea for a fuge in my 30 cube. I was planning on putting a 2.5 on a shelf in my stand then drilling an overflow in it. Anybody know if these tiny tanks are tempered or not? I guess I could always go acrylic but these little tanks are perfect and cheap

my aga technical information sheet says that the 2.5 minitank does not have a tempered bottom.
