so we are installing our new rimless tank, and were advised by the store to glue the return pipe with PVC cement...

is this going to bad for the water??

or once it dries up i dont have to worry about it?

I actually spilled a container in my tank without any ill effects. It creates a barrier(skin around itself) soon as water hits it anyway

I'm just sayin'...I would have freaked out if that happened to me. Good to know in case I have an episode.

I bet it happend like things happen to me, I will set something down in a place I shouldn't and leave the top off. The I will look over and realize what a bad spot I left it in and realize that I could spill it. As I go to grab it to aviod spilling it I knock it over and man it ticks me off. I will try so hard not to spill it I really will
